6 Slices Bread, Cubed |
6 Eggs,
Lightly Beaten |
| 1 Pound
Regular Or Hot Sausage, |
2 Cups Milk |
| -Cooked, Crumbled
And Drained Of Fat |
1 Teaspoon
Salt |
| 1 Cup Cheddar
Cheese, Grated |
1 Teaspoon
Dry Mustard |
The
night before, layer bread, sausage and grated cheese in a buttered baking
dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over the
ingredients in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake
for 45 minutes at 350°. |
