Brown Rice,
Cooked |
| 1 Package (10
Ounces) Frozen Peas |
| 2 Cups Chicken
Breast, Cooked And Cubed |
| 1/4 Cups Fat-Free
Mayonnaise |
| 1/3 Cup Slivered
Almonds, Toasted, Optional |
| 2 Teaspoons
Liquid Aminos Or Low-Sodium Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground
Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Teaspoon
Garlic
Powder |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Dried
Tarragon, Crushed |
| 1/4 Cups Mayonnaise |
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings
in large bowl. Transfer to 3-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking
spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. |
